I recently completed my third week of the Good EATS Meal Plan program. I have lost inches off my waist, and dropped the weight that I needed to lose. Good EATS Meal Plans have helped me understand that healthy food can be just as good as fast food. I am excited to continue the Good EATS Meal Plan program to help better my NFL career.

I am so excited to let you know that after just five days on the Good Eats Meal Plan program I’ve lost 3.5 pounds!!!! I am the mother of two (9 months and 6 years old) I recently went to the Dr. because I haven’t felt myself since after my second child was born. He did a full physical on me and a lot of my levels and number were elevated due to poor eating habits. I’m close to being Diabetic. I also have some back problems and knee problems (bulging discs, and arthritis of the knee and spine)…As per my Dr., I need to lose weight and find a healthier eating habit. Thank God For Good EATS!
