One-on-one counseling from one of our Good EATS health coaches is provided to each client and can be utilized based on the preferences of the client. Coaching is done in person, on the go or by using our digital tools
With over 100 options to choose from on the menu, it's easy to feel overwhelmed! That's why we've provided you with a nutritionist to calculate your specific caloric needs. Our nutritionists will assess which meals fit best with your lifestyle while helping you reach your goals.
Once you've chosen your meals for the week, we simply drop it off fresh daily at one of our local partner locations.
The program is flexible and can be put on hold for various holidays or personal reasons. Our plans are available for various lengths from 3 to 7 days a week, which include 3 meals and 2 snacks.
We have gluten free options, vegetarian options, low sodium meals, and diabetic friendly plans.
